Welcome to the Oasis Management website.

Our Company has owned and managed rental property in Red Deer and surrounding area since 1981.   We take pride in the fact that we are a 'proactive' management company who does our building repairs on a scheduled cycle.   By doing so, we are able to maintain and repair before there are issues in our buildings.   Some examples of our proactive approach  -  the repair of roofs before they leak, installation of building entry security cameras, and keeping yard maintenance and snow removal a priority.

The properties we manage are well maintained and well supervised and we take care to select quality tenants to live in our buildings.
